PAYMENTS

To confirm your boat rental booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 5 days prior to your scheduled booking. This ensures a smooth booking process and secures your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

We offer a flexible cancellation policy to help you plan with confidence. Here's how it works:

• 100% Refund: If canceled up to 5 days prior to the booking date.
• 50% Refund: If canceled 2 to 5 days prior to the booking date.
• No Refund: If canceled within 2 days of the scheduled booking date.

We want to make sure you have a great experience, but we also need to account for the logistics of reserving our boats, so please keep these timeframes in mind when planning.

WEATHER

We’re committed to your safety and want to ensure you have the best possible experience. In the event of SEVERE thunderstorms or unsafe boating conditions, we will cancel your trip and issue a full refund.

However, windy, cloudy, light, or intermittent rain showers are not considered unsafe boating conditions, and we will not cancel the trip in such cases.

We monitor weather conditions closely, and any decisions regarding weather-related cancellations will be made on the day of your scheduled rental. We aim to make sure your trip is safe, fun, and enjoyable, regardless of weather conditions!
